All you need to do is dream up an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 that suits your skills and complete it on Sunday 26 April – when the 40th London Marathon would have taken place.
This could be something as simple as pledging to run or ride 2.6 miles as your daily exercise, holding the plank for 2.6 minutes, to gardening for 26 minutes. There are no rules – apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise safely during this time.
The #TwoPointSixChallenge is your chance to be a Home Hero and raise funds from your very own living room, bedroom, balcony or garden!
There are no rules – apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise safely during this time. The main thing is to get active, have fun, pledge whatever you can to help or fundraise to save the UK’s charities.
Check out The 2.6 Challenge factsheet to read about the goal of the campaign and how your involvement will help to save the UK’s charities.
The document contains everything you need to know about the organisations driving the campaign, as well as information on how you or your organisation can help bring the nation together from Sunday 26 April – the day the 40th London Marathon would have taken place – to save the UK’s charities.
